About your hosts - Ian & Anne Mclean
Ian Mclean lived and worked in Europe for approximately 20 years. During his time in Europe Ian worked as Head Coach at the world famous ski club Arlberg St Anton am Arlberg Austria, and also worked as Technical Coach for the German National Womens World Cup and Olympic Ski Team.
Ian returned to New Zealand in 2003 to take over the family business, bringing a taste of Bavarian and Austrian style to Forest Lodge and Methven.
Anne moved to Methven after five years working in the New Zealand film advertising industry to marry Ian and co-manage Forest Lodge.
